Ebru Gürsoy, İngiltere'de Ses Yarışmasında Ki Türk Kız Ebru 
İngiltere'de ses yarışmasına katılan Ebru Gürsoy sesi ve güzelliği ile bir anda dünyada konuşulan isim oldu. X Factor İngiltere ses yarışmasında sahneye çıkan Türk kızı Ebru Gürsoy hem jüri hemde ülke vatandaşları tarafından çok beğenildi. 27 yaşında olan yarışmacı sosyal medyayı ve tüm izleyenleri büyüledi. Jüriden aldığı tepkiler üzerine göz yaşlarına boğulan Ebru duygularını gizleyemedi.

X Factor Ebru Gursoy If I Wew a Boy şarkısı ile sahnede bir yıldız gibi parladı. Beyonce'nin şarkısını seslendiren ebru yarışmada büyük bir beğeni topladı. Şarkının bitiminde hem jüri hemde seyirciler tarafından ayakta alkışlandı.

Ebru Gürsoy şarkısını söylemeden önce kameralara  "Müzik benim tutkum. Her gün çalışıyorum, durmaksızın şarkı söylüyorum" diyen Ebru Gürsoy, "X Factor benim için bir şans, bunu yapabileceğini kanıtlama şansına sahibim" dedi.
