With a slightly different twist you will get a real sensation of the accident. It can happen to everyone, including you. You will be given a real picture of how accidents can occur and lead to bone fractures, loss of consciousness, and death. Choose a character that you like, an old man in a wheelchair, a fat man with a shopping cart, or a father and son with his bike. Enjoy a challenging game arena, steep hills, ravines, bridges, large stones and much more. Be careful!

The goal of the game also differs depending on the level. In most levels the goal is to reach a finish line or to collect tokens. Many levels feature alternate or nonexistent goals for the player.

Happy Wheels‍ '​ tagline is "Choose your inadequately prepared racer, and ignore severe consequences in your desperate search for victory!"[1] The actual mechanics of gameplay vary because of character choice and level design.Characters can also eject from their vehicles.
